Founded in 2003, Project LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) was created under UVSA to empower students with the tools to become effective leaders in their schools and communities. Each year, the camps bring together hundreds of students to build leadership skills, foster collaboration, and celebrate Vietnamese American identity and heritage. Now in its 18th year, the program continues to inspire young leaders across Southern California and beyond with a shared vision of strengthening the Vietnamese community.
